Mercury or any of the Heavy Metals (...lead, nickel, cadmium)
International Organization of Oral Medicine and Toxicology is presently leading a law suit against the FDA to reclassify Amalgam fillings as a Class 2 medical device, assigning it no controls or other measures to protect the public.” The suit asks the FDA to reclassify it as a class 3 device which put restrictions and warnings for public use. Additionally the suit asks Amalgams be removed as a dental restoration procedure for children and adults. -For more information at: http://iaomt.org/iaomt-sues-fda-failing-address-risks-mercury-fillings.

Video with Dr. Kennedy discussing potential harmful affects of dental fluoridation techniques especially in anyone with compromised kidney function.
Mercury, long known as a toxic element, has evoked increasing concern in recent years due to its use in industry and agriculture and the burning of fossil fuels. Methylmercury compounds and elemental mercury vapor are the two forms most likely to be involved in human exposures. In addition, the conversion of elemental mercury and mercury compounds by bacteria (in the intestinal tract) to the more toxic methylmercury also poses potential threats to human health. Ingested methylmercury is readily absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract and inhaled mercury vapor is easily retained by the pulmonary system. Skin absorption of mercury also occurs from touching or playing with elemental mercury.
Common Sources of Mercury
•Mercury-silver amalgam (dental fillings)
•Consumption of grain seeds treated with methylmercury fungicides (esp. wheat)
•Fish, shellfish, and marine mammals
•Kelp and other seaweeds
•Medical sources:
•Thimerosal (preservative in injectable pharmaceuticals)
•Vaccinations / immunizations
•Mercuric chloride (used in histology labs)
•any common over the counter health medications including:
•Antiseptics/first aid preparations
